Hello,
Today the signal on my phone was not copying correctly, when I got home and switched on my comp, everything started copying normally.
What is it connected with? Lev.

Here is the log of the server.
Did the server do something wrong?
The Signals service requires a desktop terminal. It can be either a permanently running home PC or a rented virtual hosting.
The third log is a virtual hosting leased through MT5.
what happened to it? why on 25.08. trades were copied from unknown places?

I saw that the subscription was deactivated, manual trading and, as a consequence, when the subscription was renewed, position volumes were corrected when synchronising with the signal. Correct? Manual trading was on the trading account, to which the subscription to the signal is registered?
Switching off the signal and manual trading after 17-00 = I was correcting what was already "traded".
before that, automatic trading through the server according to the signal, which, however, was strikingly different from the original signal.
why did this happen? question? i also started to look into it now and i see that trading is manual, strange, the interesting thing is that trading was even quite successful until the last trade.
I don't see my phone at fault, as there would be problems with MT4 too, that leaves only Activtrades, I will call them now.
were there any cases/problems with the broker? can third forces somehow influence the course of this above?
all trading was orderly but crooked, I mean lots of a certain size with stop-losses (neither I nor the signal trades with such lots).
PS I looked at the logs again
first computer - switched on around 17-00
the second phone and the third server = so, the phone and server logs do not coincide, it means that I did not trade, as I can only trade from my phone or computer = logical.
that leaves either the broker or the server.
and PS2 (postscript) my phone says that trades were made according to Perfomance eXTREME

Hi,
I just subscribed to a new signal and don't understand why I got trades opened that did not appear at all on the signal page on the mql5 site (even when refreshed).
Today 5 minutes after Sydney opening 2 trades were placed coming from the signal I subscribed for. They did not appear live on the "trading" tab, and now, several hours after, the page still show wrong informations. It display "5 days" for the latest trades, and the "history" tab does not show the trades (now closed).
I feel very concerned because it could mean all the infos about this signal are wrong. In addition, as the trades are not dispayed, it means I could enable the subscription not knowing there is a current drawdown.
I send a message to the signal provider and am waiting for an answer.
Could you help me to understand what happened and if this signal is reliable ? Should I avoid it ?

You should keep your pc power on to get signal. Or use VPS in this case all your environment migrated to the VPS server.
I tried to add a second signal to my demo account.
Does not seem possible?
