The broker denies any issues on their end. I've used this on dedicated servers from 2 different companies. Same result. Over 200 of these drop/connect sequences.
MT5 is not useable in this situation. Has been going on for weeks and everyone denies it's their problem.
without any errors in those logs, then, normally you would assume it is your network and/or your internet connection, however, I am well aware of intermittent issues with that broker over the years. They may not have fixed their bandwidth or internet connection issues which i know from personal experience with that broker -- was going on 7 years ago. The issue -- at least back then -- was intermittent and would be gone for a month, but then was doing same as you show for couple weeks and then good again for another month.
but, btw. The latest version of mt5 that was pushed on me is 5370. If yours is lower version, then, it is another possible reason.
EDIT: However, if by 2 companies you mean 2 brokers, then, I would go back to the normal assumption that your network and/or your internet provider has serious ongoing issues. Or if you are using wifi, then that is more likely the cause.without any errors in those logs, then, normally you would assume it is your network and/or your internet connection, however, I am well aware of intermittent issues with that broker over the years. The same issue is happening on 2 different dedicated servers provided by 2 different companies.
I'm not on my own computer or my own internet except to access the servers. My internet and my computer are not involved in the connection of the servers.
The latest MT5 version is loaded.
It would be strange if both servers are on the same internet being they are provided by 2 different companies.
Hopefully someone has information that will help repair the issue.
Just trying to answer the questions.
My question still is...if the broker and two different vps providers say there's nothing wrong on their end, then what can I do to find the problem and force a solution?
The situation is beyond annoying to the point of the platform being useless to trade on...for weeks.
Confirmed with the second dedicated vps provider that this in not on my side and it is not on their side.
So, how do I get someone from the MetaTrader 5 desktop team to take a look and figure out why this is dropping all the time?

There is the service desk at bottom of every page on this site "Contacts and Requests". However, I am sure that they will ask you the same questions that i asked you in the dm.
This is a technical forum, and you have not given any more details so how can you expect any help? I and others are network and computer experts, besides being constant mt5 users so there is many who might help, but we just ignore or ghost the threads by newbies to the forum that do not give much details.
You have a nice day, Michael.

You need to provide more information and check more things.
- Your log is about one server, did you contact this broker to ask support ?
- Do you have the same issue if you connect to an other server (broker) ?
- Do you have this issue if you connect from your home computer ?
For your report to be elevated to MetaQuotes support, we first need to confirm it's an MT5 issue.
Please also say us which vps providers you are using, in private if you think it's better.
