Hello, I want to create a website like myfxbook, I want to ask you some things about API mt4

Can mt4 provide realtime transaction data?

does mt4 provide transaction data via the API of people who have login in mt4?

If it is related to MT4 API so MetaQuotes is not disclosing it. 
I was reading some information that MetaQuotes will disclose MT5 API to MT5 brokers only, but MT4 API will not be disclosed.
That is why you did not get reply here - the words "MT4 API" are confusing the people.

As to create website same as myfxbook ... I am not a coder but I think it is possible ... because - if realtime transaction data is possible to get to the excel without any API so it may be possible to do it to website ...

I am suggesting to you to create a job in Freelance to see about ...
Or just wait when some coder will reply with some idea here ...
