  3. the initiator gets sent to the jobe, gets offended;
  4. the topic grows to 10-15 pages, someone can't take it anymore and gets personal;
  5. moderators tear it down.

How about this variation?

  1. You are offered to write an Expert Advisor on a superidea for free (and maybe the idea itself is already valuable!);
  2. after the essence of the idea is explained, it turns out that it really deserves attention;
  3. it is declared as dull as a duduk song to misinform;
  4. the initiator is sent to the jobe, offended, discouraged;
  5. Due to artificial flooding the topic grows to 10-15 pages, someone can not stand it and goes on a personal level;
  6. Moderators tear down the thread for reasons best known to them.
