Yeah, right.

They tried for three weeks from three accounts to get cards for withdrawal. nothing worked out. their activities fall under gaming.

Been working with them for over 5 years. Very quick withdrawals/transfers. Correctly noted, very popular with players.

What does "frozen operation" mean on a paid subscription ?

Yes, their transfer of funds is 5+, and you can register as a company, which is also a plus for transferring money from the west to the east.

But withdrawal to the card is a problem.

How did you decide?

I usually withdraw cash through others, transfer the money to another person through moneybookers and then get the withdrawal in cash or via western union.

Of course the most convenient option here would be direct withdrawal to prepaid mastercard, but, already got the answer.

PS, moneybookers also has its ownprepaid mastercard. have you tried it?

When the subscription expires, the amount is unfrozen and available.... there is a start and end date of the subscription... If you sign out earlier, the amount will be unfrozen sooner.
