Interesting and Humour - page 3012

Dmitry Fedoseev:
It's about you today too, not about your parents. You already wrote about the size of your pension in the 4th forum, I don't remember how much, but I remember it was good, so I wonder, for what merits?
I wonder how much and for what? And how?

Dmitry Fedoseev:

And what is that? This, dear San Sanych, is a social division. What else are you going to tell us about the greatness of socialism in the USSR? How did you build without a material base?

By the way, a good warehouseman is half the way to success.

So tell me, what were you?

Turner (1963), student, programmer, stager, finished socialism as a GUIP. And then head of the stockroom, well, also a speculator, it's true the positions were very loud. True, I can chatter on all crossroads and still look with sadness at the attempts to restore industrial programming in the country.

PS.

My first job was processing telemetry from vehicles to Mars (1970-1972). Now tell me how I feel about the head stockkeeper.

СанСаныч Фоменко:

Today?

I don't live on my pension.

Granddad, mid-60s - 45 roubles. Didn't complain, as he kept an apiary, poultry, cattle.

Second grandfather - 80 roubles, lived in the city.

My father (1982) and mother (1977) 160 and 120 rubles + free transport to any end of the USSR once a year, + a voucher to a sanatorium once a year. All this ended in 1991. The pension was 120 hryvnias, and the communal service was 140 hryvnias at that time.

I see. You had a great childhood with such a grandfather. The reason for all your good memories of the USSR (your childhood) is your grandfather, not the USSR.

Алексей Тарабанов:
Very interesting - how much and for what? How?
I can live without it... just for the sake of conversation.

So then you have a deep inner conflict - the former head stockkeeper does not give his hand to the head stockkeeper.

For there to be industrial programming, first there has to be something that can be programmed.

Dmitry Fedoseev:

I would apologize. (chuckles) I'm sorry.

Алексей Тарабанов:
I would apologise. I'm sorry.
For what?

That's right: I remember the last 20 years of my life with horror and disgust.

Come on... I didn't have a grandfather like that and I still don't regret my childhood...

Yes... my dad used to tell me... how they used to sell new rolled metal products as scrap metal to meet the scrap metal plan and get a quarterly bonus. That's the reality of the economy in the USSR.
