Hi. The "send for review" button is vanished from my draft article that it's title is about file read and file write functions and also vanished from other test articles too.. The main article remained on 25% progress and saying that: Please read and complete each page before sending article for proofreading. My account rating is about 50. Please help me...

Read carefuly official article guidelines

The button disappears when the article wizard still detects incomplete/improper sections.

Most likely some required fields were not properly completed/validated. Unlikely related to your rating.

Once everything is completed - "send for review" button should appear again automatically.
