I am not writing the articles ... but as far as I see - there are more than 370 articles here about technical analysis - look at search results here:
https://www.mql5.com/en/search#!keyword=technical%20analysis&module=mql5_module_articles

I think - the articles about Machine Learning and about some more coding (your own experience of course) may be very interesting.

Anyway, you can go to this section https://www.mql5.com/en/articles and click on "Add a new article" button and write the article plan.
If the admins are accepted it (your plan) so it is good.

I have my first article under proof reading in a series on non-linear maths and the development of Custom Criteria for optimization in Strategy Tester.

My apologies for the fact that, if it gets published, one is guided by the platform to use American rather than English in the so called English language submission!! lol.

Anyway, the description for the first article is:

The first of a series of articles looking at the mathematics of Custom Criteria with a specific focus on non-linear functions used in Neural Networks, MQL5 code for implementation and the use of targeted and correctional offsets.

And it is entitled:

A new approach to Custom Criteria in Optimizations - 1 Examples of Activation Functions from the discipline of Neural Network Optimization

The full list of planned article subjects is:

  1. Introduction and standard Activation Functions with MQL5 code
  2. Modifications, scaling and weighting and real examples
  3. A tool to explore different curves, scaling and weighting
  4. Any other points that arise...
I hope they will be of interest,,,

I’m working on my first article and wanted to check if it fits the platform before I submit. It’s a performance audit of 85 short-term futures trades I executed—covering key stats, strategy flaws, behavioral patterns (like overtrading and revenge trading), and practical optimization suggestions. I also included an MQL5 code snippet to automatically log trade metrics.

I’m hoping it will be of interest to the community. Since I’m new to the platform, I wanted to check here first before moving forward with submission.

Appreciate any guidance—thanks!

Thanks for sharing your concept - sounds like a thoughtful and potentially valuable piece.

NOTE-1: MQL5 forum isn’t really the place for pre-submission reviews (free peer validation isn't really the forum’s function).

If you're looking for feedback, make sure your draft aligns with official article guidelines

NOTE-2: you need to be clear about:

  • Who your target reader is
  • What specific problem you're addressing
  • How your insights or code contribute something new/unique to MQL5 community

If your article is well-structured and adds value, the editors will take it from there.
