Hello,
I used to be able to log into my MQL5 account on my server, but now I cannot log in no matter what I try.
I have been using this server for a long time, and this issue started today.
I cannot log in either through Chrome on the VPS or through the MetaTrader software.
Please kindly assist me.

if it is related to the trading account so ask your broker for support. Because all the trading accounts are related to the brokers only.
 

Hello Everyone,

I am unable to bacttest on MT5 Due to lack of Historical tick data in India, However i tried to request data on MT5 but no luck, Further Tried to Import Historical Data but due to Excel Limitations unable to upload complete data, Further how i can fix this to backtest? on MT5?  I am not sure if this is correct app since many function i am not able to see for example(Download chart data and Tools on history)

I am writing to report an issue regarding one of my VPS servers that seems to be blocked from accessing MQL5 services. I want to clarify that my current MQL5 account (private data was deleted by moderator) is functioning properly, and I have no issues logging in or using the platform from this account.

However, one of my VPS servers has been blocked and cannot access MQL5 services. The blocked IP address is:

IP: 192.248.240.75

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know why this IP has been blocked? Also, kindly advise how I can restore access to MQL5 from that server.

The MQL5 support is located at "Contacts and requests" link at the bottom of this page (every page).
And this is the forum where the users are sharing the information about.

As to your VPS so .. "theoretically speaking" - it may be some external VPS (not MQL5 VPS) ... if yes so it may be important to know (for the service desk) about the following: how did you investigate that VPS was blocked by MQL5? Because it is not easy to know ... because it may be some other reasons of that ...

If it is related to error 403 and some other similar error (indicating that it was blocked) so I am suggesting to you to read the following blog post (it is about all the reasons and what to do for example):

Many traders are using MQL5 VPS , and this VPS is having a lot of advantadges, for example - the traders do not lose activations when they  migrate/synhronize their MT4/MT5 environment to MQL5

the forum is rarely visited by support. You need to go to support link or at bottom of every page on this site is link "Contacts and Requests".

I also recommend that you search this site for your vps providers name. There are a few vps providers that are blocked due to known illegal activities on some vps providers.
