Static IP Blocked – Request for Review

 

Hello MQL5 Support Team,

I am currently unable to access MQL5 services from my static IP address: 49.36.67.47 — it appears to be blocked.

This issue may have occurred due to repeated strategy testing or login attempts from MetaTrader. I’ve already taken steps to prevent further issues.

For support verification:
full details can be shared via private message if required.

Kindly review the IP and help me regain access.

MQL5 Support Team is located in the service desk - look at "Contacts and requests" link at the bottom of this page.
How to contact:

  • If your IP is dynamic IP so you can restart your router/modem, and IP will be changed (my experience).
  • If you have static IP so this temporary IP ban (or fake IP ban) may be lifted after the one or two days (it is my experience as well). 
  • If you waited for the several days and it is still the issue with your IP so write for the service desk and they will check: your IP was really banned by MQ or not.
Also, if you will contact with the service desk so please indicate about the following: why do you think that your IP was banned ... because there are many reasons about the following: some issues are related to host file (summary post: ) or to some other reasons which are not related to IP block at all.
