As far as I see it can repaint in some cases, but that needs to be checked

DMNIK, both ind3 and ind4 are decompiled indicators.

Hi Suren, Have this one its not called Turbo , but its the same except it transitions between 2 colors, if you notice more times than not the line is either slightly sloping down or up and on the 3 color its still showing yellow.

is this a repainter?

Shay14, not completely sure which indicator your referring to but don't think it is, this one here https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/180648/page421 doesn't repaint on a closed bar for sure. And if it's the rsx nrp it doesn't repaint either.
