Simple Pip Movement alert?

Is there an indicator that can alert me when there is (plus or minus) 20 pip movement within a time frame ?

More specifically when there is a +/- 20 pip movement from the open on the candle stick.

For Example:

Euro/USD (15min chart) opened at 1.3950

And if/when the price hits 1.3970 (+20 pip movement)

it sounds an alert.

I would be grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.

on JUST the level 3 signal? Not the 1 2 or 3 signals?

OR even better, allow me to select, alert on 2 and 3

but not 1 or all 3 or just 3. If I can select what

numbers to get alerts on would be even better.
