My latest idea is like this.

I divided the alert into 7 options.

Alert On upper level1 Cross true/false

Alert On upper level2 Cross true/false

Alert On upper level3 Cross true/false

Alert On level0 Cross true/false

Alert On lower level1 Cross true/false

Alert On lower level2 Cross true/false

Alert On lower level3 Cross true/false

I can customize the alert option

For example

I just want to alert on upper level1 Cross,Other options are false

Another idea, more advanced alert mode,I call it Circulating alert.

In the one chart there can only be one Circulating alert plan.

For example,my plan is

upper level1 and lower level1 Circulating alert

So the set up just like this.

Circulating alert true

Plan option

upper level1 vs lower level1 (Choice)

upper level2 vs lower level2

upper level3 vs lower level3

Alert On upper level1 Cross true

Alert On upper level2 Cross false

Alert On upper level3 Cross false

Alert On level0 Cross false

Alert On lower level1 Cross true

Alert On lower level2 Cross false

Alert On lower level3 Cross false
