3. Download forex tester and rebuild the workspace

I had download "forex-tester-cvs.tar.gz" from:
https://sites.google.com/site/ctesterformt4/c-tester-for-mt4/c-tester-current-release.
Then I unziped it and inside "\tinycdb\.codeblocks" I try to run "default.conf" but I guess this is not ritght.
Could you please explain how to install Code::Blocks for windows?
