Seems you have a lot of experience with usage of SVM for FOREX. We have started an new thread with a system using MATLAB + MT4 which is using SVM classifiers and will use deep belief nets also so your comments are very welcome.

Truth is, NN is in it's infancy. It will take years before it's achieved any sense of self learning.
