MTF absolute strength
Hi
Does anyone have the MTF absolute strength indicator? I have ver 1 and 1.1
Tried to search by TAG and led me to this thread which don't list results by post. I am quite horrified to plough through 330 pages of this. Sorry.
Thanks.
I think people wanna to have MTF version of their favorite indicator
but they seldom think
whether they are capable to play in 60M or 120M or 240M i.e. if someone could guess the correct direction using MTF, but it still result in loss e.g. will be friday evening movement (correct direction, using MTF could still lead to wrong time of entries if someone never practice to play in another TF beforehand)
There is not such a thing as correct or incorrect "friday"
There is not such a thing as correct or incorrect "friday" exist.
Market moves with waves and wave setups can be ans it is very different per each year, month, week, day, hour, minute and second and even nano second.
If all the action would be similiar by every friday there would no be any kind of market.
They are not the different actually, all follows elliott wave patterns but they are not located each time at the same time.
Would be too easy world.....

Try this, cant really test it as there is no market, but it should work.
Sorry, there is the same problem as with MTF_Fractals
Hi studbiol, ... Try this One...
Even it is not MTF_Fractals it seems to work good for me.

Is there an absolute strength alert when two timeframes agree?
If not, would someone be able to code it?
Maybe something like below:
JUST an easier suggestion
find an indicator with alert that sounds
then when it got the alarm, you take a look at your favorite indicator -- in 2 TF
as it sound very much like an outbreak indicator with alert to me
will this be about the same ?

Even an alert when current timeframe changes trend - then visually check second timeframe - would be better than nothing if someone didn't have a primary alert indicator they were using.
MTF AbsoluteStrength Indicator with Alert
Existence & Newtrader100,
You are welcome
Hope it helps you in your trading.
No, unfortunately I do not have a version that could alert when two or more timeframes are in agreement. Anyway, it is an interesting idea, perhaps one of the blessed programmers likes it and codes an alert in.
