EasyInsight – Full Parameter Guide

General Settings

  • Base time frame for checks: (Default: 5 Minutes)
    The primary time frame EasyInsight uses for all analysis and data export frequency.
  • Include Gold: (true/false)
    Includes XAU (Gold) pairs in the analysis if enabled.
  • Broker DST zone (check SI Connect status):
    Select your broker’s daylight saving time region for accurate session timing.
  • Broker GMT shift (check SI Connect status):
    Sets your broker’s GMT offset for correct time calculations.
  • Write symbol data to csv (all Forex): (true/false)
    Exports symbol data (for all selected pairs) to CSV at each interval if enabled.
  • Export interval in seconds: (Default: 60)
    Frequency (in seconds) for writing/exporting data to CSV.
  • Add watchlist instruction to prompt file: (true/false)
    Adds a watchlist section to the AI prompt to highlight setups that nearly meet criteria.
  • Subfolder inside your terminal's data folder: (Default: EASY Insight)
    The folder where all exports and prompt files are saved. Customizable for your workflow.

Timelapse Export Settings

  • Enable timelapse export: (true/false)
    Saves market snapshots at set intervals for timelapse/trend analysis if enabled.
  • Save timelapse CSV every X minutes: (Default: 15)
    Sets the interval (in minutes) for timelapse CSV exports.
  • Subfolder for timelapse files: (Default: Timelapse)
    Location for all timelapse CSVs and their prompt files.

Cleanup Settings

  • Automatically delete old CSV files: (true/false)
    Enables auto-deletion of old CSV exports in the main folder.
  • Delete files older than X days: (Default: 30)
    Max file age (in days) before deletion of regular CSV files.
  • Auto-delete timelapse CSVs: (true/false)
    Enables auto-deletion of outdated timelapse CSV files.
  • Max age for timelapse files: (Default: 15)
    Max file age (in days) for timelapse files.

FX Volume Settings

  • Use FX Volume: (true/false)
    Toggles inclusion of FX Volume indicator data in exports and prompts.
  • Back comparison in … : (Back in hours)
    Defines the lookback period for volume analysis.
  • Compare with X hours back: (Default: 1)
    Sets the lookback window (in hours) for comparison.
  • History values (buffers):
    • Net Long % change: % change in net long positions for the currency.
    • Volume Total % Change: % change in total trading volume.
  • Include FX Volume trading experience in AI prompt: (true/false)
    Adds volume-based trading insights from real experience to the AI prompt for deeper analysis.

FX Power NG Settings

  • Use FX Power NG: (true/false)
    Enables exporting FX Power (strength) data for advanced market structure analysis.
  • FXP Analysis Period 1/2/3: (e.g., 4 Hours, 1 Day, 1 Week)
    Set three periods for FX Power’s strength calculation: short, medium, long-term.
  • AP1/AP2/AP3 Custom mode, base period & count:
    For advanced users—define custom calculation periods for FX Power.
  • Include FX Power trading experience in AI prompt: (true/false)
    Inserts professional FX Power trading interpretations into the AI prompt to enhance decision-making.

FX Dynamic Settings

  • Use FX Dynamic: (true/false)
    Includes ATR (volatility) filter data in the export and prompt.
  • Calculation time frame:
    Time frame for ATR calculation (e.g., 1 Day).
  • Calculation periods: (Default: 20)
    Number of periods used for ATR calculation (e.g., ATR(20)).

FX Levels Settings

  • Use FX Levels: (true/false)
    Includes support and resistance (S1/R1) levels in the data and prompt.
  • FXL Time frame:
    Time frame used for S1/R1 calculation (e.g., 5 Minutes).

OHLC Settings

  • OHLC Time frame 1/2/3: (e.g., 15 Minutes, 1 Hour, 1 Day)
    Select up to three time frames for exporting OHLC (Open, High, Low, Close) price data per symbol for multi-timeframe price analysis.

Time Parameters

  • Enable time schedule for checks and exports: (true/false)
    Restricts indicator checks and data exports to your specified trading session times.
  • Data Export starts: (e.g., 00:00)
    Start time for data export (Broker Time by default).
  • Data Export ends: (e.g., 12:00)
    End time for morning session data export.
  • Data Export ends (full): (e.g., 23:59)
    End time for evening session data export.
  • Start on Sunday: (true/false)
    If enabled, data export begins at the start of the trading week.

Status & Logging

  • Display status information: (true/false)
    Shows basic status updates in the terminal.
  • Display detailed information: (true/false)
    Enables verbose logging for troubleshooting or advanced monitoring.
  • Enable extended logging: (true/false)
    Enables full diagnostic logging (for in-depth debugging).
