A manager at a Manhattan bank was busted for allegedly stealing more than $178,000 from an elderly, blind woman, authorities said. Jovan Cunningham, 34, who worked as a customer-service manager at the Chelsea branch of People’s United Bank, visited the now 89-year-old victim at her apartment to help her make withdrawals and deposits. The crooked father of five would bring the slips to her apartment to sign and return with small amounts of cash that she had requested, prosecutors said.
