A manager at a Manhattan bank was busted for allegedly stealing more than $178,000 from an elderly, blind woman, authorities said. Jovan Cunningham, 34, who worked as a customer-service manager at the Chelsea branch of People’s United Bank, visited the now 89-year-old victim at her apartment to help her make withdrawals and deposits.
