PreRango Mayor JuanTraderFX trades the breakout of the pre-open box of the New York session on the Nasdaq 100.
HOW IT WORKS
1. The box: high and low of the 60 minutes before the 9:30 New York open. If the box is too small or too large versus the median of the last 20 days (below 0.7 or above 1.5 times), there is no trade that day.
2. OCO stop orders: seconds before the open it places a Buy Stop at the high and a Sell Stop at the low. When one triggers, the other is deleted. If price is already outside the box, it enters at market. If the broker does not accept the pending order, the robot watches the level and enters at market when it is crossed.
3. Wide stop: 1.5 times the box size, no fixed target, so the trend can run.
4. Trailing and close: from +1 R the stop follows the best price at 1 R. Every position is closed before the end of the New York session. One trade per day.
