Spike Hunter features a built-in Auto-Detection Engine that analyzes the broker's symbol description and recent price behavior. It automatically knows if the current chart is a BUY market (e.g., Boom, Bull, Gain, StepDrop) or a SELL market (e.g., Crash, Bear, Pain, StepRise). It perfectly calibrates its internal signal logic to align with the market's natural drift.

Spike Hunter does not just print arrows on every move. It uses a robust two-step confirmation process to filter out the noise and keep you out of dangerous counter-trend spikes:

Multi-Timeframe MA Filter: Analyzes up to 4 different timeframes simultaneously (Scalping, Intraday, Swing, or Custom). It only displays signals when the broader trend aligns with the setup.

The "Trend Sentinel" Filter: A proprietary momentum guard that ensures the immediate market pressure is in your favor before displaying a signal.
Want more signals? You can disable these filters. Want to be safe? Turn them on and trade only with the trend.
