Passing the challenge is only half of it. Payouts get reduced or denied in review for rules traders didn't know they broke: a trade closed in 40 seconds, an entry two minutes before NFP, one big day that broke the consistency rule, a trade that made more than the per-trade profit cap.
Payout Auditor reads your account history and checks every trade against your firm's rules, so you find these before the risk desk does.
HOW IT WORKS
- Attach Payout Auditor to any chart.
- Pick your firm and program from the dropdown (568 presets across 114 firms, including FTMO, FundedNext, The5ers, FundingPips, Alpha Capital, Lux and E8), or choose Custom and type your rules in.
- The audit runs instantly and re-runs after every closed trade.
- Click "Export HTML report" for a full list of findings with ticket numbers, times and money at risk.
WHAT IT CHECKS
- Minimum hold time: trades closed faster than your firm allows
- News trading: entries and exits inside high-impact news windows, using the MT5 economic calendar
- Consistency: best day vs total profit, and how much more profit you need before requesting a payout
- Risk per trade: risk at entry from your stop loss, against the firm's cap
- Profit per trade cap (for example 5% of target), counting stacked entries on the same symbol as one trade
- Uniform risk across trades
- Stop loss on every trade
- Weekend holding
- Max open lots
- Daily loss and max drawdown (static or trailing), rebuilt from closed trades
- Hedging, lot jumps after a loss, and orders per 24 hours
- Profit target progress and trading days
IT NEVER TRADES
Payout Auditor only reads history. It never opens, changes or closes a trade, so it runs safely next to any EA or manual trading.
WORKS WITH PROPGUARD
PropGuard stops breaches live while you trade. Payout Auditor checks the history before you get paid.
IMPORTANT
Floating losses inside a trade cannot be rebuilt from history, so daily loss and drawdown checks use closed trades. Prop firms change their rules often; presets reflect each firm's published rules on the date checked. Always confirm with your firm. This tool does not guarantee a payout.
