**About Me**
I’m a professional trader with over 20 years of experience — but the road here was anything but easy. Like most, I spent years struggling, making every mistake in the book. I searched relentlessly for the "holy grail" of trading, only to realize: there is none. - 版本: 1.0

Institutional Checklist
You know your rules. The difficult part is following them when you want the trade.
The market starts moving. One indicator looks convincing. Another disagrees. You feel the pressure to act—and suddenly, the conditions you carefully defined yesterday become negotiable today.
Institutional Checklist brings your attention back to your process.
This interactive indicator for MetaTrader 4 guides you through your own analysis, one component at a time, then combines your answers into a weighted directional score with a clear BUY, SELL or STAY OUT result.
Your criteria. Your priorities. A repeatable routine directly on your chart.
Give every decision a process
It is easy to remember the evidence that supports a trade you already want to take. It takes more discipline to examine the evidence against it.
Institutional Checklist gives each configured factor its turn. You assess it as Bullish, Bearish or Neutral before moving to the next question. The final score is calculated only after you complete the questionnaire.
That creates a deliberate pause between seeing an opportunity and deciding what to do with it.
Instead of mentally juggling conflicting observations, you work through a defined sequence and see how your weighted assessments balance out.
A STAY OUT result can be just as useful as a directional result. It tells you that your answers have not reached the level of agreement you chose beforehand.
Make your checklist reflect your strategy
Configure up to 50 named analysis components. Use a short, focused checklist or a more detailed process. Leave unused names blank.
Your components might include market structure, support and resistance, moving averages, momentum, higher-timeframe direction, liquidity or your interpretation of fundamental conditions. You perform the analysis and enter each assessment manually.
Assign each component a weight from 0.01 to 1.00. A factor weighted at 1.00 contributes ten times as much as one weighted at 0.10.
This lets your main decision factors carry more influence than secondary observations. The weights are relative and do not need to add up to 100%.
You decide what matters before the questionnaire begins.
Understand exactly what the score means
The indicator adds the weights of your Bullish answers and your Bearish answers separately. Neutral answers are excluded from the directional calculation.
For example, if your Bullish answers carry a combined weight of 1.50 and your Bearish answers carry 0.50, the result is 75% Bullish. With the default threshold of 75%, the action displayed is BUY.
You can set the threshold from 51% to 100%. The indicator compares the rounded, displayed percentage with that threshold. A tie or an entirely Neutral assessment produces STAY OUT.
The percentage measures agreement among your weighted directional answers. It is not a predicted win rate or a probability of a profitable trade. Even a small number of directional answers can produce a high percentage when the remaining answers are Neutral.
The calculation is transparent. The interpretation remains yours.
Knowing a method and applying it consistently are different challenges.
The appeal of “becoming your own casino” is the idea of following a repeatable process instead of emotionally reacting to each outcome. In roulette, the casino’s mathematical advantage comes from the game’s rules. In trading, any positive expectancy must come from your underlying strategy after costs, supported by appropriate risk and money management.
A checklist does not create that advantage. Its role is practical: helping you apply the same assessment routine instead of changing your approach with every burst of excitement, hesitation or frustration.
Institutional Checklist gives that routine a place on your chart.
Getting started is straightforward:
-
Enter your component names and weights in the indicator inputs.
-
Choose your minimum confidence threshold.
-
Click START and assess each component.
-
Review the weighted direction and action after the final answer.
STOP exits an unfinished questionnaire while retaining the previous completed result. RESET clears the analysis so you can begin again.
The panel includes a last-analysis timestamp and retains the latest completed score locally by symbol and timeframe. Customize its chart corner, position, dimensions, font, colors and result labels to suit your workspace.
Institutional Checklist is a manual decision-support tool. It does not read your other indicators, independently evaluate market conditions, place orders or manage positions. You supply the judgment; it supplies the sequence and calculation.
Before your next trade, give your rules a voice.
Add Institutional Checklist to your MT4 workflow and make reviewing them part of the decision.
