Moving Average Trend Rejection Gold

Moving Average Trend Rejection Gold - Pullback Rejection System

Moving Average Trend Rejection Gold trades pullbacks inside a confirmed trend. It waits for EMA(9), SMA(20) and Ichimoku Leading Span B to slope the same way, for price to pull back into a defined zone, and for the candle to close back on the trend side. Every trade has an ATR stop loss. It does not use martingale, grid strategies or position scaling.

Core Features

Three-Line Trend Filter EMA(9), SMA(20) and Span B must all slope in the same direction compared with 5 bars ago. Every length and the lookback are adjustable.

Pullback Zone Within the last 3 bars, price must reach Span B or a small ATR buffer (0.3 x ATR) around SMA(20).

Close Confirmation The last closed bar must close back on the trend side of SMA(20) or EMA(9). An option requires both.

One Trade per Episode Prevents repeat entries while the same setup stays active.

Trade Management ATR(14) x 2.0 stop loss, pip-based breakeven and trailing stop, optional exit on the opposite signal, and a spread filter. Exits come from the stop, the trailing stop or an opposite signal; there is no fixed take profit.

Built-In Safety Checks Loss at the stop is capped at 2% of equity and margin per trade at 25% of free margin (both adjustable). Lot size follows the symbol step, minimum, maximum and volume limit, is pre-checked with the server and is compared with free margin before every order. Stops respect the broker's stops level, freeze level and spread. Stop changes are skipped while a level sits inside the freeze distance. No orders are sent while the market is closed, and the bar is retried when it reopens.

Structural Architecture

Trend Layer: three-line slope check. Zone Layer: pullback touch scan. Confirmation Layer: close back on the trend side. Execution Layer: stop check against broker minimums, volume and margin pre-checks. Protection Layer: breakeven, trailing stop, spread filter.

Why Moving Average Trend Rejection Gold Stands Apart

Trades with the trend after a pullback instead of chasing breakouts A clear, explainable setup with three aligned lines Signals use closed bars, so they do not repaint No repeat entries on the same setup Breakeven and trailing included

Positioning

For trend followers who want better entry timing than a plain moving-average cross.

Notes

  • Span B needs history (52 + 26 bars). Allow enough bars to load before testing.
  • Test with real ticks and forward-test on demo before going live.
  • On small accounts the EA skips a trade when the volume or margin check fails. Skipped trades are not errors.
