Sniper's Cage — The Modular Session Breakout & Multi-MA Entry Engine That Traps the Market on Both Sides
Sniper's Cage isn't a signal generator. It's a disciplined, fully modular entry engine built for traders who already know how they want to manage risk — and just need flawless, mechanical execution of two proven strategies without the emotional interference.
Most EAs force you into a single rigid strategy with no way to adapt it to your instrument, session, or risk manager. Sniper's Cage was built the opposite way: every single feature — every module, every filter, every safeguard — is an independent ON/OFF switch. Run it as a pure breakout hunter. Run it as a pure trend rider. Run both simultaneously. Strip it down to the bare minimum or arm every defensive layer at once. The choice is entirely yours, and the EA will behave correctly in any combination.
Module A: Session Breakout with True OCO Logic
Define any session window — London open, New York open, a news release window, whatever range matters for your instrument. Sniper's Cage silently records the High and Low forming during that window, then at the window's close, sets a trap: a Buy Stop above the range and a Sell Stop below it, both offset by your chosen buffer to avoid getting caught on the exact wick. The moment price commits to one direction and triggers a fill, the opposing order is instantly deleted — a true One-Cancels-Other mechanism, not a lazy approximation. No more double-filled breakout traps, no more leftover orphan orders sitting in your terminal after price already moved.
Module B: 60K Multi-MA Trend Engine
Running independently or alongside the breakout module, this is a three-moving-average trend-following system built around the 60-minute candle structure (fully adjustable to any timeframe). A fast, mid, and slow moving average work together: the mid MA acts as the entry trigger, the slow MA confirms genuine directional trend rather than noise, and the fast MA acts as your early-exit signal the moment momentum starts to fade. It enters with the trend, holds through it, and steps out the instant structure breaks — without waiting for a lagging crossover to confirm what price already told you.
Three Anti-Whipsaw Filters, Each Fully Independent
Sniper's Cage was engineered by someone who has personally watched EAs bleed out in chop. That is why three separate defensive filters are built directly into the core logic, each toggleable on its own:
- MA Separation Filter — refuses to trade Module B when the moving averages are bunched too tightly together, which is exactly the fingerprint of a dead, sideways, chew-your-account-up market.
- Breakout Threshold Filter — refuses to arm Module A's breakout orders unless the recorded range is wide enough to represent a real move, filtering out the tiny, meaningless ranges that produce nothing but fakeouts.
- Loss Cooldown Filter — if a defined number of stop-losses land within a short rolling window, the EA benches itself for the rest of the trading day. No revenge trading, no doubling down into a bad session, no emotional spiral — the logic simply stands down.
Equity-Based Risk Management
Toggle on percentage-based position sizing and Sniper's Cage will calculate exact lot size from your live account equity and the stop-loss distance of each individual trade, automatically normalized to your broker's volume step, minimum, and maximum. Prefer fixed lots instead? Switch it off in one click.
Built to Coexist With External Risk Managers
Sniper's Cage is intentionally an entry engine, not a full risk-management suite. It places its own protective stop-loss and take-profit on entry and manages only what it opened — meaning it drops in cleanly alongside tools like KT Equity Protector or any other independent risk-management EA without conflict, without fighting over exits, and without duplicate logic stepping on your account.
A Dashboard You Can Actually Read at a Glance
A dark navy, gold-accented control panel sits directly on your chart showing live status at all times: master switch state, trades executed today against your daily cap, current loss-cooldown status, the active session range for the breakout module, live trend state and moving average values for the trend module, current account equity, and how many of your three defensive filters are currently armed. No digging through the Experts tab. No guessing what the EA is doing right now.
Who Sniper's Cage Is Built For
Traders running defined session strategies who are tired of manually watching the clock for range breaks. Trend-followers who want mechanical discipline on entries and exits without emotional override. Anyone running an external equity-protection tool who needs an entry engine that will not interfere with it. And anyone who has been burned by a black-box EA before and wants to see, and control, exactly what every single feature is doing.
Every module. Every filter. Every switch. Fully in your hands.
