Opening Levels is an MT5 indicator that displays open price levels from multiple timeframes directly on the chart.
It provides a structured way to observe how price behaves around key reference levels such as the daily, weekly, and monthly open.
Overview
The indicator plots open price levels across selected timeframes and keeps them updated in real time.
These levels can be used as reference points for:
- intraday trading levels
- market structure observation
- support and resistance based on open price
The display is designed to remain clear and organized across different chart timeframes.
Features
Multi timeframe open price levels
The indicator supports multiple timeframes, including:
M15, M30, H1, H4, Daily, Weekly and Monthly.
Each timeframe can be enabled or disabled independently, allowing full control over what is displayed.
Chart-aware visibility
Opening levels are filtered depending on the current chart timeframe.
Higher timeframe levels remain visible, while unnecessary lower timeframe levels are hidden to maintain clarity.
Level management and performance
The number of levels per timeframe can be limited.
By default, up to 500 levels are stored for each timeframe. This value can be adjusted to balance detail and performance.
Real-time open price updates
The indicator displays the open price of the current active candle, ensuring that levels remain up to date during live market conditions.
Customization
Users can:
- adjust colors for each timeframe
- control which timeframes are shown
- configure the number of stored levels
- modify line width and style
Usage
Attach the indicator to any chart and select the desired timeframes.
The open price levels will be drawn automatically and updated as new candles form.
The indicator works on any symbol and any timeframe supported by MetaTrader 5.
