MFi MTF Dashboard Scanner

MFI MTF Multi-Timeframe Scanner & Dashboard

The MFI MTF Scanner is a professional-grade analytical tool designed for traders who require a comprehensive view of market momentum across all timeframes simultaneously. By leveraging the Money Flow Index (MFI)—an oscillator that incorporates both price and volume—this indicator identifies institutional buying and selling pressure from M1 to Monthly on a single chart.

Why Use the MFI MTF Scanner?

Most traders fail because they trade in isolation on a single timeframe. The "Smart Money" moves on higher timeframes (H4, D1, W1), and their movements often create the "noise" that stops out retail traders on lower timeframes. This scanner eliminates the need to manually switch charts, providing a real-time dashboard that highlights high-probability reversal zones and trend exhaustion.

Core Functions & Features

  • Multi-Timeframe Monitoring: Simultaneously scans up to 9 timeframes.

  • Momentum Cross Signals: Displays visual arrows (▲/▼) specifically when the MFI crosses out of extreme levels (Oversold up/Overbought down) on a confirmed candle close.

  • Adaptive UI Positioning: Full control over the dashboard location. Whether you prefer the top-left or bottom-right, the indicator automatically adjusts its internal text alignment to remain perfectly organized.

  • Separate Window Support: Can be displayed directly on the main price chart or in a separate sub-window to keep your workspace clean.

  • Volume-Price Integration: Unlike the RSI, the MFI uses volume data, making its overbought/oversold signals more reliable for identifying "true" market exhaustion.

How to Use the Dashboard

1. Identifying the Macro Trend

Check the higher timeframes (D1, W1). If the MFI value is above 70 (Red), the market is in a macro overbought state. Look for sell opportunities on lower timeframes (M5, M15) to align with a potential macro correction.

2. Trading the Confirmation (Arrows)

The scanner displays a green when the MFI has successfully climbed back above the 30 level on a closed bar. This confirms that the bearish momentum is fading and buyers are stepping back in. Conversely, a red appears when the MFI drops below 70, signaling a potential top.

3. Customizing Your Strategy

  • Scalpers: Enable M1 through M30 to catch quick intraday shifts.

  • Swing Traders: Focus on H1 through MN to find major institutional pivots.
