CDV Swing Radar is an indicator for MetaTrader 5 designed to identify potential reversal areas through cumulative volume delta (CVD) swing analysis.
The indicator compares price pivots with CVD pivots to highlight two key conditions:
- Absorption: The price forms a lower low while the CVD shows a stronger structure
- Exhaustion: The price forms a higher high while the CVD shows a weaker structure
The goal is to help you identify swing points where the price movement is no longer confirmed by the underlying volume pressure.
What the indicator shows:
- CVD candlesticks in a separate window
- Absorption signals
- Exhaustion signals
- Swing zones projected onto the chart from the detected signals
This provides both the raw CVD structure and an immediate visual reference of potential market reaction areas.

CDV Swing Radar analyzes confirmed price and CVD pivots.
When the price creates a new swing low but the CVD does not confirm the same weakness, the indicator highlights a possible absorption area.
When the price creates a new swing high but the CVD does not confirm the same strength, the indicator highlights a possible exhaustion area.
The zones are then projected onto the chart to provide a useful visual reference in assessing potential reaction points.
