Deriv Boom Scalper – Speed-Based Trading for Boom 1000
Deriv Boom Scalper is an automated MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor built specifically for the Boom 1000 Index.
Instead of relying on traditional lagging indicators, the EA focuses directly on price movement, downward speed, momentum cooling and short-term exhaustion. Its objective is to identify moments where sustained downward pressure begins to weaken and a BUY opportunity may be forming.

Velocity-Based Entry Logic
Deriv Boom Scalper does not simply buy because price has fallen.
The EA measures how quickly price has been moving downward and compares the most recent movement with the preceding move. A potential setup becomes more interesting when the downward move has been significant but the rate of decline begins to slow.
This allows the EA to look for exhaustion rather than blindly attempting to predict every Boom spike.
The on-chart Velocity panel provides a live view of this process, including:
- Current trading status
- Down Speed

- Cooling percentage

- Time since the last detected Boom
