STRATEGY FOREX ON LINES OF THE TREND DEMARK II

Tom Demark known Forex consultant and trader. I bring to your attention one more of his strategy. This strategy very simple, but very powerful also allows to gain income. Strategy works at all currency pairs. Strategy of forex is based on a break method.

4. To draw the line of a trend of Tom Demark.

For this purpose we use ready software solution for MT4 which will build TD points (Tom Demark's point) and to carry out TD lines of a trend (the line of a trend of Tom Demark).

We enter on the market:

Purchase.

1. 9 EMA has to cross 30 EMA up. 

2. Momentum has to be higher than 100.

3. The price has to punch the line of a trend of Tom Demark up. The entrance has to be carried out when opening a new hour candle after crossing (be convinced that crossing was valid and the price has punched Tom Demark's trend).

1. 9 EMA has to cross EMA 30 down. 

2. Momentum has to be lower than 100. 

3. The price has to punch the line of a trend of Tom Demark down.

Crossing of EMA can happens to or after breakdown of a trend of Tom Demark.

Stop loss: 40 pips (points)

Purpose: from 40 to 150 pips (points) depend on the current situation and variability of currency pair.

Move the stop loss  in the direction of trade with a step to 10 pips (points). When the market passes 75% of the day range — fixed stop loss. When you see turn signs — close the warrant. When no what signs of a turn are observed clean the limit and you watch closely the price without forgetting to move stop loss.
