Prop Firm Safety Net
- Utilitários
- Versão: 1.0
- Ativações: 5
What it does:
- Monitors your live account equity against a configurable daily loss limit and maximum drawdown limit, with an adjustable safety buffer below your firm’s hard limits, and automatically closes all open positions before you breach them.
- Automatically detects upcoming high-impact economic news events (via a live economic calendar feed, with the MQL5 built-in calendar as a secondary source) and closes only the positions whose currency is actually affected by that news — not your entire account. An AUD news event closes your AUD pairs, not your EURUSD or Gold positions.
- Optional manual news blackout windows for events you want to flag yourself.
- Live on-chart dashboard showing your current equity, remaining buffer to both limits, and active news windows.
- Runs on any single chart but manages your entire account (all open positions, all symbols).
Important notes:
- This EA cannot prevent you from manually opening a new position — no MT5 script can do that. What it does is detect a new/open position during a blocked period or limit breach and close it again automatically, typically within seconds.
- A VPS (virtual private server) or a 24/7 running MT5 terminal is required for full protection. This EA only protects your account while its terminal instance is actively running and connected. If you trade from mobile or close your desktop terminal, you need a VPS (e.g. MetaTrader’s built-in “Virtual Hosting” feature, or any third-party Windows VPS) running MT5 with this EA attached around the clock — otherwise there are gaps in protection whenever your terminal is offline.
- The live news feed requires a one-time WebRequest URL whitelist entry in your terminal options (instructions included), and must be set on every terminal instance separately (including your VPS).
- This tool does not place trades and does not guarantee you will pass any challenge or avoid losses — it is a risk-management aid, not a trading strategy. Use it alongside sound trading discipline.
