Your grid opens its first trade because price moved a fixed number of points — not because anything happened. Grid ATR Bands Expansion waits for the ATR bands to widen and a bar to close outside them.
Think about what triggers most grid systems. Price drifts two hundred points sideways in a dead session, the counter hits its number, and the first order goes in. Nothing happened. The market was asleep. And now you are holding a ladder that has to be worked out of.
Grid ATR Bands Expansion arms on a condition instead of a distance.
It draws ATR bands around a moving average and watches two things on every closed bar: whether the bands are getting wider, and whether price has closed outside them. Both have to be true at the same time. Widening bands mean volatility is expanding. A close outside the band means it is expanding in a direction. Only then does the first order go in.
Closed bars only. Nothing is evaluated on a forming candle, so what you see in the tester is what you get live.
YOU CAN SEE THE CONDITION BEFORE IT FIRES
The aperture in the panel is seven concentric rings around a core. As the band width climbs its own recent range, the rings light outward — the aperture opens. When volatility collapses, it closes. You are not reading a number and inferring a state; you are watching the market inflate.
Under it, the volatility breath ribbon gives you one column per bar, its height being that bar's band width, with a dot inside showing where price closed between the bands. Twenty-eight bars of squeeze and expansion in one glance.
AND YOU CAN SEE IT ON THE CHART
The expansion cloud fills the space between the two bands, bar by bar, behind the candles. It brightens as the width climbs and dulls when the bands contract. The upper and lower bands carry live rays with tagged prices. Every order in the grid gets its own line, coloured by its own profit, with the weighted break-even in gold and the next level dashed in before it is taken.
Cloud, grid map and arrows are each a button. One click strips the chart back to bare candles.
THE SPACING MOVES WITH THE MARKET
A fixed grid step is too tight in a storm and too wide in a drift. Level spacing here follows live ATR, so the ladder breathes with the instrument. On gold and silver it scales up automatically — the setting is there, visible, and you can change it.
WHAT IT WILL NOT DO BEHIND YOUR BACK
Margin level, risk percent, total risk and maximum loss are all present as inputs, and all four ship at zero — switched off. Nothing closes your positions because a safety rule decided to. If you want those guards, you turn them on yourself, deliberately.
Levels close oldest with newest as soon as the pair clears the dollar target you set.
IT SPEAKS ARABIC
Not a translated manual — the product itself. Every input label carries English and Arabic on the same line, and every line of the panel is written in both. Open the Inputs tab and read it in your own language.
RISK
Grid and martingale systems increase exposure as price moves against the position. Test in the Strategy Tester on your own broker's data, on the symbol and timeframe you intend to run, and size the initial lot for the account you actually have. Past behaviour does not predict future results.
