QV Unlock — Manager and tool for restoring blocked/hedged positions (MT5)
Are you stuck in a lock? Two opposing positions are frozen at a loss, and now you're looking
at the chart, wondering what the net profit is, how big the break-even is, and when
the next drawdown should be suspended. QV Unlock is a management tool for just such
a situation. It uses any existing symbol lock — orders from your own advisor,
another advisor, or manual trades — to show you the full picture on one panel and
(if you allow it) brings the basket to a break-even state + creates a buffer under severe pressure.

what's he doing
- Interactive X-ray panel (ADVISOR mode, read-only): net lots, lock width, frozen gains and losses
of the basket, break-even distance, equity, margin level, total volume in comparison
with your limit. Zero transactions in this mode — they can be safely stored on a live account, just for
observation.
- Auto-lock - automatic drawdown freeze: when the floating loss of the selected group
reaches the threshold you set (% of the balance), the Expert Advisor hedges the net profit to zero and
freezes losses — this is what many traders do manually during the news release, but instantly
and based on the rules.
- Profit Eater — cancels the profit lock on the account: when the rest of your
accounts make a profit, the Expert Advisor gradually symmetrically closes the blocked levels,
replenishing with this profit, and outputs the basket to breakeven + buffer.
Your own advantage is not required.
- Tight security level: minimum capitalization limit, total number of lots limit, net risk
limit, maximum number of transactions per day, spread protection. The risk has a known limit set by you.
FOUR RESOLUTION MODES
1. Block the profit from the account (SAFE) — only symmetrical reduction, funded by the profit of your
account. The volume will not increase.
2. Wait for break-even, then close everything (SAFE) - nothing will open; it will close completely
the basket at the moment when its profit and loss reach the target value.
3. Aggressive directional recovery (HIGH RISK, disabled by default) — adds focus
the volume required to exit. It's a martingale-style tail. Use it only
thoughtfully, with a limit on lots.
4. Automatic trend/range switching — uses mode 3 in trend, mode 1 in range (ADX).
UNLOCKING THE QV is NOT
It's an honest product. QV Unlock does not provide an advantage in trading and
does not turn a losing trade into a profit from scratch. Safe modes take into account only
those losses that your account can already afford (profit eater), or are waiting patiently.

- MetaTrader 5, hedging is built into MT5 (no configuration required)
- Works with any symbol that has a lock (created and tested on XAUUSD)
- Cent or standard invoice (there is a separator for displaying cent invoices on the panel)
- Make sure that simultaneous BUYING AND SELLING is allowed on your account (as on all MT5 accounts).
