Advanced Buy Sell System Deep Q Network Powered

DQN USDJPY is a neural network trading indicator for MetaTrader 5 designed to analyze USDJPY market conditions and display BUY and SELL signals directly on the chart.

The indicator evaluates market behaviour using a Deep Q-Network (DQN) reinforcement learning model trained on historical price data.
The system analyzes the current market structure and automatically selects the most appropriate strategy depending on detected market conditions.

Model Logic

The neural network model was trained using six strategy profiles representing different market behaviours:

Momentum strategy
Trend strategy
Multi-RSI strategy
Breakout strategy
Mean-reversion strategy
No-signal state when market conditions are not suitable

The indicator automatically determines which strategy best matches the current market environment.

Indicator Workflow

Feature extraction
Market data is processed using multiple technical indicators describing volatility, momentum and trend behaviour.

Market evaluation
The DQN model evaluates the current market structure using the extracted features.

Strategy selection
The algorithm compares the detected market conditions with the learned strategy profiles.

Signal generation
Based on the selected strategy, the indicator may display BUY or SELL signals directly on the chart.

Signals are confirmed only after candle close.
