ES is a customizable technical analysis indicator for MetaTrader 5. It is designed for traders who want to build their own signal behavior using two signal engines, a Linear Regression (LinReg) channel layer, and a wide set of optional gates/filters. ES plots on-chart BUY/SELL signals and provides configurable confirmations and controls so you can adapt the behavior to different symbols, sessions, and timeframes.
Why ES is different (concept)
ES works like a signal framework:

Engine generates a base BUY/SELL signal

Gates/filters validate or block the signal (only what you enable)

Control rules manage when signals are allowed (time blocking, cooldown, volatility handling)

Signals + optional visuals/alerts are displayed
You can run ES “simple” (few gates) or “strict” (more gates + Conservative Mode).
Signal Engines
ES includes two independent signal engines:

Engine 1: UT Bot (trend/flip style signals)

Engine 2: Range Filter (range/trend filtering style signals)
You can switch engines from the inputs and tune the behavior using the available parameters.
Linear Regression (LinReg) Tools
ES includes Linear Regression (LinReg) features to add market structure and context directly on the chart. LinReg tools are used to visualize directional bias, channel behavior, and price position relative to the regression structure. Depending on your settings, LinReg can be used as:

A filter layer (to help confirm or block signals in specific zones/conditions)

A conservative confirmation layer when stricter behavior is needed
Gates / Filters (Optional)
Gates are optional confirmation layers. Enable only what you need. Using more gates generally reduces signal frequency.

Momentum

RSI gate (directional confirmation/blocking based on thresholds)

MACD gate (momentum confirmation based on thresholds)
Market State

Choppiness filter (helps reduce signals during choppy conditions when enabled)
Volatility Controls
ES includes volatility-aware filtering/handling to control signals during low or high volatility conditions (behavior depends on your settings). Typical uses include:

Reducing signals during very low volatility

Reducing signals during volatility spikes, when enabled
Candle / Source Options

Optional Heikin Ashi handling for smoother candle behavior when enabled
Time Control / Blocking (Optional)
ES includes time-based controls to manage when signals are allowed, such as:

Session/time window filtering (allow signals only during selected hours)

Blocking time rules (prevent signals during restricted periods)

Optional cooldown / delay controls to reduce repeated signals within a short window (depending on settings)
Conservative Mode
When Conservative Mode is enabled, ES applies stricter conditions before allowing a signal. This can reduce signal frequency and help filter marginal setups during choppy or unstable conditions.
Visual Tools (Chart Display)
ES provides on-chart visuals to support decision-making, such as:

Adjustable styling options (visibility, sizes, and colors depending on settings)
Alerts
ES can generate alerts for new BUY/SELL signals based on your settings. Alerts notify you of chart events and do not execute trades.
Markets, Symbols, and Timeframes
ES can be used across MetaTrader 5 instruments including Forex pairs, Gold, indices, and crypto CFDs, depending on your broker’s symbol list and trading conditions (spread, volatility, and session behavior).
ES is designed to be configurable for any timeframe—from lower timeframes to higher timeframes—by adjusting the engine settings and enabled gates.
