Reversal Master

Reversal Master helps you read the current direction of price movement and spot potential reversal points on the chart. It is built for traders who want a clearer view of the market situation before making a decision. You can use it as a standalone tool, as an add-on to a ready-made trading system, or as a building block for developing your own strategies.

To locate reversal points, Reversal Master evaluates several market conditions at once, since combined analysis gives a more complete picture than any single factor. The indicator analyzes Price Action patterns, volume, the average range of movement of the instrument, and overbought/oversold levels, then marks the points where a reversal is likely forming.

How It Works

The main task of Reversal Master is to display reversal points that are already forming, rather than trying to catch the entire move from its very start. This approach is intentional: it is designed to reduce the risk of false entries and keep signals cleaner. Each signal is confirmed on the close of the bar, so what you see stays on the chart and is not repainted.

Operating Modes

• Work Mode-1. The classic operating mode with its own reversal-calculation algorithm and an adjustable sensitivity parameter.
• Work Mode-2. The newer operating mode with an updated reversal-detection algorithm. In this mode you can enable Show Statistic to review the potential result of each position on historical data.

Built-in Statistics

The built-in statistics let you review the potential result of each position in history. For every signal it shows the difference between the entry point and the price extreme reached before the opposite signal appears. Negative trades are counted in a simplified way at the moment the opposite signal shows up. In live trading you manage exits and losses according to your own strategy and risk rules.

Settings Overview

The inputs are grouped into logical blocks for easy setup:

• Main Settings. Indicator mode selection, sensitivity for Mode-1, Show Statistic for Mode-2, and the number of bars used for calculation. Setting bars to 0 calculates the full available history; on weaker machines a limit of around 5000 bars or less is recommended.
• Alert Settings. Sound alert and sound file name (WAV file located in the /Terminal/Sounds folder), pop-up alert, push notifications and email notification.
• Color Settings. Color theme selection (Off / Light Theme / Dark Theme). With theme set to Off you can define custom colors: profit line, loss line, profit line background and loss line background.
• Arrow Settings. Arrow drawing on/off with several arrow types, arrow size selection, and separate Buy and Sell arrow colors.
