Section 2: Entry Logic and Trade Management
When an expansion setup develops, the indicator maps out a complete structural trade framework directly on the chart:
- Setup Detection: The algorithm first confirms a period of low-range consolidation where price action compresses. A wide-range expansion candle must then form, closing decisively in the direction of the broader trend while breaking past the high or low of the preceding candle to confirm breakout momentum.
- BUY Setup: Confirms during an upward market structure when an expansion candle breaks above the previous range and closes strong. Once confirmed at the close of the bar, a signal prints and entry is taken at the open of the following candle.
- SELL Setup: Confirms during a downward market structure when a bearish expansion candle breaks below the prior candle range and closes decisively lower. Entry triggers at the open of the following bar upon signal confirmation.
- Structural Stop Loss: Automatically positioned outside the recent swing boundary formed during the consolidation phase, incorporating a calculated buffer to accommodate standard market volatility while maintaining strict risk boundaries.
- Multi-Tier Target Ladder: Projects four predefined Take Profit levels aligned with disciplined risk-to-reward ratios:
- TP1: Positioned for early capital protection on initial follow-through.
- TP2: Targets typical structural momentum legs for balanced execution.
- TP3: Aims to capture extended wave movement during sustained trend runs.
- TP4: Positioned as an extended runner level for prolonged directional expansions.
- Execution Integrity: Every signal, entry line, stop level, and profit target is calculated strictly upon bar close. Visual markers lock permanently on historical candles without recalculating, shifting, or disappearing.
