PPM Trade Manager for MetaTrader 5

PPM Trade Manager is an on-chart trade management  for MetaTrader 5 designed to provide fast and convenient control over open positions and pending orders directly from the trading chart.

The EA combines essential account information, real-time profit and loss monitoring, position statistics, and trade-management functions in a compact on-chart panel. Most operations are applied only to the symbol of the chart where the EA is attached, helping reduce the risk of unintentionally modifying trades on other instruments.

The panel provides real-time information about your trading account and current chart symbol, including:

The displayed information is updated with incoming market ticks.

On-Chart Trade Management

PPM Trade Manager provides the following trade-management functions directly from the chart:

Close Partial

Specify a percentage from 1% to 100% and partially close applicable open positions.

Move TP

Enter a Take Profit price and apply it to applicable positions.

Enter 0 to remove the existing Take Profit.

Move SL

Enter a Stop Loss price and apply it to applicable positions.

Enter 0 to remove the existing Stop Loss.

Close All

Close all open positions for the current chart symbol.

Close Partial 50%

Close approximately 50% of the applicable open volume for the current chart symbol while leaving the remaining volume open, subject to the broker's minimum volume and volume-step requirements.

Close Buys

Close all BUY positions for the current chart symbol.

Close Sells

Close all SELL positions for the current chart symbol.

Stop Loss at Break-Even

Move the Stop Loss of applicable positions to their break-even price.

Close Winning Trades

Close currently profitable positions for the current chart symbol.

Close Losing Trades

Close currently losing positions for the current chart symbol.

50% OF ALL

Close 50% of the applicable open trading volume across all symbols in the account.

This is the only trade-management function that operates across multiple symbols. All other standard trade-management operations are restricted to the current chart symbol.

Pending Order Management

Delete Pending Orders

Remove pending orders associated with the current chart symbol, including:

  • Buy Limit

  • Sell Limit

  • Buy Stop

  • Sell Stop

Live Profit/Loss Display

The EA displays current open profit and loss directly on the chart, allowing traders to monitor running results without repeatedly opening the MT5 Trade or Terminal windows.

Profit and loss information is automatically updated with incoming market ticks.

Visual Status Indicators

The panel uses color indicators to make trading information easier to identify:

  • Green — Positive or profitable P/L

  • Red — Negative or losing P/L

Moveable Panel

The on-chart panel can be repositioned according to the trader's preference.

To move the panel, double-click the clock/time label and drag the panel to the desired location on the chart.

This allows the panel to be positioned without unnecessarily covering chart analysis or trading information.

Tooltips

Built-in tooltips provide additional information when the mouse cursor is placed over supported buttons and controls.

This makes the available trade-management functions easier to identify and use.

Symbol-Based Trade Management

Most PPM Trade Manager functions operate only on the symbol of the chart where the EA is attached.

For example, when the EA is attached to an EURUSD chart, its standard position and pending-order management functions apply to EURUSD trades and orders only.

The exception is 50% OF ALL, which is designed to operate across applicable open positions on all trading symbols in the account.

This symbol-based approach helps separate trade management between different instruments and reduces the possibility of unintentionally modifying positions on another symbol.

PPM Trade Manager is a trade-management tool and does not automatically generate trading signals or guarantee trading results.

Trade execution is subject to the conditions and limitations of the connected broker, including minimum volume, volume step, execution mode, market availability, spreads, slippage, and other trading conditions.

Always test the EA in the Strategy Tester or on a demo account before using it with a live trading account.
