Kiwi Crystal Heikin Ashi MT5 is a clear and beginner-friendly trend visualization indicator for MetaTrader 5. It transforms ordinary price candles into smooth Heikin Ashi candles and uses four colors to help traders identify trend direction, momentum strength and possible transition periods. The indicator is suitable for Forex, Gold, indices, cryptocurrencies and other instruments available in MetaTrader 5.

CANDLE COLOR GUIDE
BLUE — Strong bullish momentum
GREEN — Weak bullish movement or transition
ORANGE — Strong bearish momentum
RED — Weak bearish movement or transition
HOW TO USE
Wait for each candle to close before confirming its color.
A transition from green to blue may indicate strengthening bullish momentum.
A transition from red to orange may indicate strengthening bearish momentum.
Repeated blue candles can help identify a cleaner bullish trend.
Repeated orange candles can help identify a cleaner bearish trend.
Mixed green and red candles normally indicate weak momentum, consolidation or uncertain market direction. Beginners may prefer to wait until a clearer trend develops.
For better confirmation, combine the indicator with market structure, support and resistance, a higher timeframe or your own risk-management method.
CANDLE DISPLAY MODES
Standard
Uses simple bullish and bearish Heikin Ashi candle coloring.
Trend Strength
Separates strong trends from weaker movement using candle direction, body strength, ATR and consecutive trend candles. This is the recommended default mode.
Momentum
Responds more directly to Heikin Ashi candle-body size relative to current volatility.
ON-CHART GUIDE
The compact information panel displays:
• Last closed-candle trend
• Current confirmed momentum strength
• Meaning of each candle color
• Reminder to wait for candle closure
The panel can be disabled or repositioned through the indicator inputs.
DEVELOPER BUFFERS
Buffer 0 — Heikin Ashi Open
Buffer 1 — Heikin Ashi High
Buffer 2 — Heikin Ashi Low
Buffer 3 — Heikin Ashi Close
Buffer 4 — Candle color index
Buffer 5 — Trend state
Buffer 6 — Reversal state
Trend-state values:
+2 = Strong bullish
+1 = Weak bullish
−1 = Weak bearish
−2 = Strong bearish
Reversal-state values:
+1 = Bullish reversal
−1 = Bearish reversal
0 = No new reversal
IMPORTANT NOTES
The current unfinished candle may change color as price moves. This is normal indicator behavior.
Completed historical candles do not repaint after they close.
