OnlyAttachedSymbol = false

Thiago MT5 monitors trading activity across your MT5 account.

If you trade XAUUSD, EURUSD, NASDAQ and BTCUSD simultaneously, the dashboard provides an account-wide view.

SINGLE SYMBOL MODE

Set:

OnlyAttachedSymbol = true

Thiago MT5 focuses on the symbol of the chart where it is attached.

Attach it to XAUUSD to monitor XAUUSD only.
Attach it to BTCUSD to monitor BTCUSD only.

Running several EAs or strategies on the same account?

Thiago MT5 can isolate trading activity using:

Magic Number 1
Magic Number 2
Trade Comment
Start Date

This means you can monitor the entire account or focus on specific automated strategies.

OnlyAttachedSymbol

Default: false

false = Complete MT5 account
true = Attached chart symbol only

MagicNumber1

Default: -1

Enter the Magic Number of an Expert Advisor you want to monitor.

-1 = No Magic Number filter

MagicNumber2

Default: -1

Optional second Magic Number.

Example:

MagicNumber1 = 12345
MagicNumber2 = 67890

Thiago MT5 will include activity belonging to either Magic Number.

Leave both at -1 if you do not need Magic Number filtering.

CommentFilter

Default: empty

Filter trading activity using the MT5 trade comment.

Leave empty to disable this filter.

StartDateFilter

Default: empty

Choose the starting date used for historical statistics.

Example:

2026.01.01 00:00:00

Leave empty to use the current trading day as the starting point.

FontSize

Default: 10

Adjust the dashboard text size to your screen and preference.

WhiteMode

Default: false

false = Optimized for dark charts
true = Optimized for white/light charts

This setting only changes the appearance of the dashboard. It does not affect calculations.

ShowWeekend

Default: false

false = Inactive Saturdays and Sundays are hidden.

If you actually trade during the weekend, the corresponding Saturday or Sunday is still displayed automatically with its results.

This makes the setting suitable for both traditional markets and 24/7 cryptocurrency trading.

true = All Saturdays and Sundays are displayed, including inactive ones.

NumberOfDays

Default: 10

Controls the number of daily performance rows displayed in the dashboard.

For most users, simply attach Thiago MT5 and keep the default settings:

DARK & LIGHT CHART SUPPORT

Thiago MT5 includes two visual modes.

WhiteMode = false
Designed for dark MT5 charts.

WhiteMode = true
Designed for white and light MT5 charts.

The interface automatically uses dedicated colors for account information, positive results, negative results and drawdown.

IMPORTANT — HOW DRAWDOWN TRACKING WORKS

Thiago MT5 distinguishes between three drawdown measurements:

CURRENT DD
Your current floating drawdown.

DAILY MAX DD
The worst floating drawdown observed during the current trading day while Thiago MT5 is monitoring the account.

MAX DD
The worst floating drawdown observed by Thiago MT5, together with the date and time when it occurred.

MetaTrader 5 does not provide the complete historical floating equity excursion of every previously closed position.

Therefore, Daily Max DD and Max DD are recorded while Thiago MT5 is running and cannot be reconstructed retrospectively from closed trades alone.

Closed-trade performance statistics are calculated using the trading history available in MetaTrader 5.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thiago MT5 is a monitoring and performance indicator.

It does not:

• Generate Buy or Sell signals

• Predict market direction

• Open trades

• Close trades

• Modify existing positions

• Change Stop Loss or Take Profit

• Guarantee trading results
