Confluence Signal System MT5 is a multi-filter technical analysis indicator for MetaTrader 5 designed to help traders identify structured BUY and SELL setups by combining Price Action, RSI momentum, Volume confirmation, EMA 200 trend filtering and Market Structure analysis directly on the chart.

Instead of relying on a single trading indicator, Confluence Signal System MT5 allows multiple confirmation filters to work together as one structured trading workflow.

HOW IT WORKS

The indicator combines several technical conditions to filter potential trading setups.

• Price Action: Detects predefined consecutive-candle patterns and strong price movements to identify potential bullish and bearish setups.
• RSI Momentum: Maps RSI momentum directly onto the price chart using 30, 50 and 70 reference levels, making momentum conditions easier to visualize alongside price action.
• Volume Confirmation: Uses volume conditions to help confirm whether a price movement has sufficient market activity behind it.
• EMA 200 Trend Filter: Uses the 200-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA 200) as a broader trend-direction filter.
• Break of Structure: Uses a configurable Break of Structure (BoS) condition to confirm price movement beyond recent market structure.
• Anti-Spam Filter: Helps reduce repeated BUY or SELL signals and unnecessary chart clutter by limiting repeated signals in the same direction.

SIGNAL STRATEGIES

The system includes two primary signal strategies:

1. 3-Candle Pattern: Identifies predefined bullish and bearish consecutive-candle formations.
2. Price / RSI Overlay Cross: Combines strong bullish or bearish price movement with a cross of the RSI overlay levels.

The signal strategies can be combined with the available confirmation filters to create a more selective technical analysis workflow.
