PG Lot Calculator tells you the exact lot size for every trade, so you always risk the amount you planned. No spreadsheets, no guessing.
It works on Forex, gold, silver, indices, crypto and stocks.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose how you risk: % of Balance, % of Equity or a fixed amount of money.
- Set your Stop Loss in pips (or drag the SL line on the chart).
- Read your lot size. Click BUY or SELL if you want to trade it.
FEATURES
Risk
- Three risk modes: % of Balance, % of Equity, fixed money.
- Quick risk buttons: 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% (or 50, 100, 250, 500 in money mode).
- +/- buttons and free typing for Risk, Stop Loss and Reward:Risk.
Lot size
- Exact lot size using your broker's real tick value (works for any account currency).
- The lot is always rounded down, so you never risk more than you set.
- Value of 1 pip for 1 lot.
- Clear warning when the lot is below the minimum lot or when the margin is too high, with the maximum lot you can open.
On the chart
- SL and TP lines that you can drag with the mouse. The lot size updates instantly.
- Preview for BUY or SELL.
- ATR SL button: sets the Stop Loss to 1.5 x ATR(14) of the current timeframe.
Information
- Risk and reward in money, Take Profit distance, required margin, spread.
- Risk meter: green up to 1%, orange up to 2%, red above 2% of balance.
Commission
- Enter your commission per lot (round turn) in the inputs. It is included in the lot size, so 1% risk stays 1% after commission.
Trading (optional)
- MARKET or PENDING mode.
- Market: BUY and SELL open the trade with the calculated lot, Stop Loss and Take Profit.
- Pending: drag the blue ENTRY line (or type the price). The buttons become BUY LIMIT / BUY STOP / SELL LIMIT / SELL STOP automatically, and SL / TP follow the entry.
- Every trade needs a second click to confirm, so no trade is opened by mistake.
- Free margin, stop level and symbol trading rules are checked before sending.
- Trade buttons can be hidden in the inputs if you only want the calculator.
Trade management
- Live line with open positions, pending orders and floating profit for the symbol.
- BREAK EVEN: moves the Stop Loss to the entry price plus a small locked profit on every position far enough in profit.
- CLOSE BUY, CLOSE SELL, CLOSE ALL and DEL PENDING buttons (with confirmation).
Smart pip size
- Forex: 1 pip = 10 points on 3/5 digit pairs.
- Gold: 1 pip = 0.1. Silver: 1 pip = 0.01.
- Indices, crypto and stocks: distances are shown in "pts" (1.0 price unit), and the Stop Loss starts from ATR.
Other
- Collapsible panel, three panel sizes (Small, Normal, Large), sharp on high resolution screens.
- Settings are kept when you change the symbol or timeframe.
