HTF Candles PO3 SMC shows candles from a higher timeframe directly on your current chart, to the right of price. You can follow the forming 4H candle, or any other timeframe, while you trade on M5 or M15, without switching charts.

The indicator is built for traders who use the Power of 3 concept (accumulation, manipulation and distribution) and Smart Money Concepts. Next to the candles it shows the levels that matter for this approach, so you can read the higher timeframe context at a glance.

What it shows

The live higher timeframe candle updates with every tick, with its open, high, low and close shown as clean price labels. Previous candles are drawn in a lighter style so the live candle stays in focus. A countdown shows how much time is left until the candle closes, in local or server time.

Under each candle, a small split bar shows the share of buying and selling activity, calculated from the 1-minute candles inside it and weighted by tick volume.

The previous candle's high and low are marked as liquidity levels. When price sweeps one of them and closes back inside, the indicator marks it as rejected. A 50% line shows the previous candle's midpoint, which separates premium and discount. Fair value gaps between the higher timeframe candles are marked beside the candle where they formed.

Alerts

You can receive popup, sound or push notification alerts when a sweep is rejected or confirmed. Rejection is checked only on closed bars, and confirmation only on closed higher timeframe candles, so past signals do not change. Each alert is sent once per side per candle.

Settings

  • Higher timeframe, number of candles (1 to 10) and distance from price.
  • Colors, transparency, time format and time zone.
  • Show or hide price labels, buy and sell bar, countdown, midpoint, sweeps and fair value gaps.
  • Alert type: rejected, confirmed or both, with popup, sound and push options.

Notes

Use the indicator on a chart with a lower timeframe than the selected higher timeframe, for example M15 with H4. On first load, the buy and sell bar may take a few seconds to appear while 1-minute history downloads. The indicator does not open or manage trades. It is an analysis tool.
