Close All and Orders

Close All and Orders by SRBT is a manual trading utility for MetaTrader 5. Its compact chart panel provides three buttons for closing positions and deleting pending orders across the current trading account.

Use it to manage exits from one chart, close positions with positive floating profit, or remove pending orders without closing existing positions.

Three buttons, three actions

• CLOSE ALL (pos + orders) — Requests closure of all open positions, then requests deletion of all pending orders on the account.
• CLOSE PROFIT — Requests closure of positions with floating price profit greater than zero when each position is checked. Pending orders are left unchanged.
• CLOSE ORDERS — Requests deletion of pending orders while leaving open positions unchanged. This includes Buy Limit, Sell Limit, Buy Stop, Sell Stop, Buy Stop Limit and Sell Stop Limit orders.

Account-wide operation

All three commands apply across all symbols and magic numbers on the current account. They can affect trades opened manually or by other Expert Advisors. The chart symbol and timeframe do not restrict the scope. There is no symbol filter, magic-number filter or individual trade selector.

Each command starts when its button is clicked, without an additional confirmation dialog. Requests are processed sequentially; closing positions and deleting orders is not one simultaneous transaction.

How to use

1. Install the utility in your MetaTrader 5 desktop terminal.
2. Attach it to a dedicated chart. The panel runs as an Expert Advisor, so use a separate chart if another EA is already attached to your trading chart.
3. Enable algorithmic trading in the terminal and allow it in the utility settings. A working connection and trading permissions are required.
4. Adjust the panel position and button dimensions through the inputs.
5. Review the account's positions and pending orders, then click the appropriate button.
6. Check the Trade tab and the Experts log to verify the result and identify any incomplete requests.

Input parameters

• InpCorner — Reference corner: 0 = top left, 1 = top right, 2 = bottom left, 3 = bottom right. Default: 0.
• InpX — Horizontal offset from the reference corner in pixels. Default: 10.
• InpY — Vertical offset from the reference corner in pixels. Default: 20.
• InpBtnW — Button width in pixels. Default: 175.
• InpBtnH — Button height in pixels. Default: 30.
• InpGap — Vertical spacing between buttons in pixels. Default: 8.
• InpSlippagePoints — Maximum requested price deviation for position closure, expressed in points, not pips. Default: 30. Its application depends on the symbol's execution mode.

How CLOSE PROFIT selects positions

The selection uses the position's floating price profit reported by MetaTrader 5. Swap and commissions are not included in this selection. A position selected with positive floating price profit may therefore realize a different net result after costs and price changes. Positions at zero or negative floating price profit when checked are skipped.

Execution and limitations

• The utility sends trade requests; successful execution depends on broker rules, market availability, prices, liquidity and trading permissions. A click does not guarantee that every position will close or every pending order will be deleted.
• Closed markets, rejected requests or partial execution can leave positions or orders on the account. Check the result before issuing another command.
• The panel acts on demand. It does not continuously monitor profit, repeat failed requests in the background, or enforce a persistent flat-account state.
• It does not stop other Expert Advisors or signal-copying services from opening new trades.
• It does not open trades, generate entry signals, place stop losses or take profits, or provide an automated trading strategy.
• It has no external DLL dependencies or required web-service connection beyond the normal terminal connection to the broker.
