How Does TrendVision AI Work?

TrendVision AI analyzes historical candlestick data within a configurable lookback window. It automatically draws two trendlines directly on the chart:

Upper Trendline (Red): Tracks the upper boundaries of price action by analyzing candle highs.

Lower Trendline (Green): Tracks the lower boundaries of price action by analyzing candle lows.

Together, these lines form a trend channel that helps traders visualize market structure, identify potential support and resistance areas, and understand whether price is moving within a sloping channel or a relatively flat range.

The indicator also includes a Random Forest forecasting model, which learns patterns from historical price movements and technical features. Its output is displayed as a separate forecast line extending into the future.

The middle forecast line represents the model's estimated future price direction. An upward-sloping line indicates a bullish forecast, while a downward-sloping line indicates a bearish forecast. A nearly horizontal line suggests that the model predicts limited movement. This is a model-based estimate, not a guaranteed prediction.
