Sterling Structure Pulse is a GBPJPY H1 Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 4. It is built for traders who want documented automation, a defined Stop Loss and explicit exposure controls, without martingale, grid or loss averaging.
WHAT IT DOES
- Evaluates directional displacement and recent price structure.
- Places ATR-adaptive pending stop orders.
- Trades both long and short setups on GBPJPY H1 only.
- Manages each position with a dynamic Stop Loss, break-even and adaptive trailing stop.
- Provides configurable fixed-money risk, maximum daily trades and Friday closing controls.
- Optional KIAI RiskGuardian integration is disabled by default.
RISK CONTROLS
- No martingale, grid, loss averaging or DLL.
- Position size is not multiplied to recover previous losses.
- Settings must be adapted to the account size and the trader's risk tolerance.
- Spread, slippage, commission, swap, data and broker time can change entries and results.
AVAILABLE HISTORICAL EVIDENCE
- StrategyQuant X research: January 2016 to July 2026, 492 trades, Profit Factor 1.72, Sharpe 1.40 and 3.48% relative drawdown.

INITIAL SETUP
Platform: MetaTrader 4
Symbol: GBPJPY
Timeframe: H1
The research backtest used USD 100,000 initial capital and USD 500 fixed risk per trade. This describes the test scenario; it is not a recommendation for your account. Adjust mmRiskedMoney to your capital and risk tolerance.
Before using real capital, verify your broker's symbol, retest with its data and costs, and observe the EA on a demo account. Historical and simulated results do not guarantee future performance. Leveraged trading involves risk of loss.
