Overview

Enigma EngulfPlus is a professional engulfing reversal indicator designed to identify strong market reversals by combining an enhanced engulfing pattern with multiple optional confirmation filters.

Unlike standard engulfing indicators, Enigma EngulfPlus requires the engulfing candle to show significant body expansion, helping identify stronger momentum shifts while filtering out weak reversal patterns.

How It Works

The indicator detects Bullish and Bearish EngulfPlus patterns, then validates each setup using selected confirmation filters before displaying a signal.

  • Blue arrows indicate potential buy setups.
  • Red arrows indicate potential sell setups.

Signals are generated only after the candle closes to ensure stable non-repainting behavior.

How to Use

1. Entry Signals

Wait for an arrow to appear after the candle closes.

  • A blue arrow suggests a potential buy setup.
  • A red arrow suggests a potential sell setup.

It is recommended to enter at the opening of the next candle.

2. Risk Management

The indicator automatically displays:

  • Stop Loss (SL)
  • Take Profit 1 (TP1)
  • Take Profit 2 (TP2)
  • Take Profit 3 (TP3)

All levels are calculated using ATR-based market volatility.

3. Improving Signal Quality

For higher-quality signals, activate the Higher Timeframe, EMA, ADX, or Volume filters. The Bollinger Band Extreme and CCI filters can further reduce weaker reversal setups, while the Session and Spread filters help avoid unfavorable trading conditions.

All parameters can be adjusted according to your trading strategy.

4. Recommended Usage

Suitable for Forex, Gold, Indices, and Crypto CFDs on all timeframes. For additional confirmation, it can be combined with support and resistance, liquidity zones, or market structure analysis.
