Overview
HarmonicAI Pro is a high-precision Expert Advisor specifically designed to trade the XAU/USD (Gold) pair on the 5-minute timeframe. It combines two cutting-edge analysis methodologies in a single signal engine: Geometric Harmonic Pattern recognition and an AI-based filtering system (CNN + LSTM), ensuring that only trades are executed where both approaches align.
Dual Signal Engine
🔷 Harmonic Patterns (Geometric Harmonic Engine)
The EA scans the last 60 candlesticks in real time for XABCD structures with Fibonacci ratio validation. Detects three of the most reliable harmonic patterns in technical analysis:
Gartley — XA retracement at 61.8%, a classic reversal pattern
Butterfly — Deeper extension, XA retracement at 78.6%
Crab — The largest extension pattern, CD between 2,618 and 3,618
Each pattern is automatically drawn on the chart with its four legs (X→A→B→C→D), the Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ), and color-coded labels for bullish (emerald green) and bearish (hot pink) signals.
🔷 CNN + LSTM (Neural AI Engine)
Implements a simulated two-stage neural network architecture:
CNN (Convolutional Neural Network): Applies a 20-candle window with up to three convolution passes using a trend gradient kernel. Extracts momentum features from normalized retracements. Activation via ReLU function.
LSTM (Recurrent Memory): Maintains a hidden 5-step state with exponential decay (factor 0.70), simulating short-term market "memory." The final signal is normalized using the Tanh function, generating an activation score between -1 and +1.
The trade is only executed when the harmonic pattern and the LSTM engine coincide in the same direction.

Dynamic Trailing Stop with Aggressive Mode
The profit protection system operates at three levels:
Trailing is activated at +5 pips of profit, in 2-pip increments.
Automatic break-even upon reaching +30 pips (SL moves to the opening price).
Aggressive Mode: As profit increases (+10/+15/+20 pips), the trailing stop is progressively tightened, capturing the maximum possible profit.
Order Execution
The EA operates using Buy Stop/Sell Stop orders placed with a configurable offset of 3 pips from the current price. This allows for momentum confirmation, avoiding premature entries. Includes:

With the default settings of 0.20 lots and a 20-pip stop loss, the risk per trade in gold is approximately $20–$40 USD depending on the spread and pip value, representing 2–4% of equity per trade This trade is conservative for the pair. The 15-pip profit target with aggressive trailing allows for a favorable risk/reward ratio if the patterns are confirmed correctly.
