Overview
ALLIGATOR CCI CYBER is an algorithmic Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, developed and optimized specifically for trading the XAU/USD pair on the H1 timeframe. It combines two highly reliable technical indicators—the Bill Williams Alligator and the Commodity Channel Index (CCI)—with a grid-based pending order system and dynamic risk management, forming a robust strategy adapted to the volatile nature of gold.
Trading Logic
The EA only trades when two simultaneous conditions are met:
1. Alligator Awake and Trending: The system identifies whether the Alligator is active, distinguishing three states:
AWAKE BULL: Lips > Teeth > Jaw, price above the lines → bullish signal.
AWAKE BEAR: Lips < Teeth < Jaw, price below the lines → bearish signal.
SLEEPING: Intertwined lines → the EA does not trade, avoiding sideways markets.
2. CCI Confirmation (period 14):
CCI > 0 and below +100 → bullish momentum confirmed.
CCI < 0 and above -100 → bearish momentum confirmed.
Overbought/oversold zones (±100) act as an additional filter.
When both conditions are met, the EA places Buy Stop or Sell Stop orders above/below the current price, respecting the configured distance (Delta), without immediately entering the market.
Trade Management
Fixed Stop Loss configurable in pips, automatically calculated from the entry price.
Automatic close by profit target (AutoClose): closes positions upon reaching the defined target in pips.
Dynamic Trailing Stop with aggressive mode: Activated at a profit threshold, it progressively compresses (80% → 60% → 50% of the step) as the trade progresses, maximizing the capture of extended trends.
Automatic Break Even: When the configured pip threshold is exceeded, the Stop Loss moves to the entry price to protect capital.
Maximum number of simultaneous pending orders per direction, preventing over-exposure.
Risk and Money Management: Fixed lot size or risk percentage of the balance (selectable).
Maximum spread filter: Suspends trades if the spread exceeds the configured threshold, protecting against adverse market conditions.
Time filter: Trades only within the user-defined time range (default 1:00 AM – 11:00 PM server time).
Free margin validation before each order to prevent margin calls. Dashboard Visual (Cyber HUD)
The EA includes a real-time information panel with a Cyber Toxic Green/Plasma Red aesthetic, displaying:
