**SurfBot — a risk-managed, bidirectional mean-reversion grid for Forex.**
SurfBot places a grid of orders around a moving anchor and profits from the oscillation of currency pairs. Each pair runs on the side that pays favorable swap (LONG or SHORT, auto or forced), with per-currency net-exposure caps so concentration never blows your margin.
**Key features**
- Bidirectional grid (LONG/SHORT by carry/swap)
- Per-pair spacing (fixed or ATR-adaptive)
- Trailing re-anchor + warm start (seed orders)
- Portfolio layer: net exposure cap per currency, account-wide
- Margin-freeze and equity-floor safety locks
- Optional integrated **trend hedge** (separate magic) that profits when the grid suffers in strong trends
- On-chart panel with live status
**Important — this strategy needs margin, not stops.**
A grid does not use a stop per trade (it would kill the mean reversion). Survival comes from **sufficient capital** to ride a trend. Size your account accordingly (guidance in the parameters/【blog】).
Recommended: low-volatility forex crosses (EURCHF, EURGBP, AUDNZD, NZDCAD, USDCHF, AUDCAD). Start on a **demo** account.
⚠️ **Risk warning:** Trading leveraged instruments involves a high risk of loss. Grid strategies can accumulate significant adverse positions in prolonged trends. Past or backtested results do not guarantee future performance. Use only risk capital.
