Cloud Copier Settings & Advanced Features

All core replication logic is configured centrally in your cloud account and applied across your sessions:

  • Lot Multiplier: Proportional volume scaling (e.g. 1.0 for 1:1 sizing, 0.5 for half size, 2.0 for double volume).
  • Risk Per Trade: Automatically scales follower lot size based on a percentage of account balance or equity.
  • Volume Caps: Enforces global minimum and maximum lot limits per trade.
  • Reverse Copying: Inverts trade directions so that BUY on the Leader becomes SELL on the Follower, and vice versa.
  • Skip Unprotected Trades: Ignores leader trades that lack a predefined Stop Loss or Take Profit.
  • SL and TP Distance Override: Enforces custom fixed Stop Loss or Take Profit distances in points or pips.
  • Trailing Stop & Break-Even: Moves Stop Loss to break-even once target profit is reached, then trails the market price.
  • Partial Take-Profit Scaling: Closes defined fractions of volume at initial targets while trailing the remainder.

Terminal Settings and Input Parameters

Connection Settings

  • ApiUrl: Secure FXCompute API gateway endpoint. Leave as default unless instructed by support.
  • ApiToken: The account token, issued when the account is registered in the panel's Settings (it is shown once, at that moment). Required to link your terminal.
  • PollSeconds: Command polling interval in seconds. Default is 3 seconds.
  • RequestTimeout: Maximum network wait time in milliseconds for HTTP calls. Default is 15000 ms.

Client-Side Risk Limits (0 disables the check)

  • MaxLot: Hard ceiling on the lot size of any single copied trade. Protects your balance against oversized orders. Default is 0 (unlimited).
  • MaxDailyLoss: Daily loss protection threshold in your account deposit currency. The bridge automatically halts all new copy execution if this closed loss is reached today. Default is 0 (unlimited).
  • MaxSlippage: Maximum allowable price deviation in points between signal price and execution price. Trades exceeding this tolerance are rejected to preserve trade quality. Default is 30.

Operation and Mode Configuration

  • LeaderMode: Set to true to broadcast all manual and EA trades opened on this terminal to your follower network. Default is true.
  • FollowerMode: Set to true to execute trades dispatched from your FXCompute leader sources. Default is true.
  • Magic: Unique Magic Number stamped on all copied positions for total separation from your manual trades. Default is 20260914.

Diagnostics and Recovery

  • LogLevel: Terminal log detail level: 0 for silent operation, 1 for standard operational messages, 2 for comprehensive verbose debugging. Default is 1.
  • RateLimitBackoffSeconds: Automatic safety pause window in seconds when encountering API rate limits before resuming checks. Default is 30 seconds.

Installation & Quick Start

  • 1. Enable AutoTrading on the MetaTrader 4 top toolbar.
  • 2. Go to Tools > Options > Expert Advisors, check Allow WebRequest for listed URL, and add: https://fxcompute.com
  • 3. Attach the EA to any active chart (timeframe and symbol do not restrict multi-symbol copying; one chart handles all symbols).
  • 4. Register this account in the panel under Settings and copy the token it shows (it is shown once, at registration). Paste it into ApiToken and click OK.
  • 5. Check the Experts tab: a successful connection log confirms your bridge is live and ready to copy.

Limitations and Usage Notes

  • Execution Fill Prices: Signal dispatch takes milliseconds, but execution fill prices depend on your broker liquidity, spread, and server ping.
  • Symbol Mapping: Ensure non-matching symbol names (e.g. GOLD vs XAUUSD) are mapped in your cloud session settings before activating.
  • Market Hours: Orders sent while the destination market is closed will be rejected by the destination broker.
  • Single Instance: Run only one instance of the bridge per trading account to prevent duplicate executions.
